Making Calls with the PC2Phone Dialler
The best way to do this is to open the Phonebook on the dialler and to select I want to + records and then add the name and number of the person you are calling. Then select the name at any time and the dialler will call automatically.

How to Dial the just-VOIP Quality Service
Please remember to add the International code as your prefix - so 44 before calling any UK number.
Example, to call our customer service number 0844 804 2802 you would dial 44(0)844 804 2802
International numbers are dialled with the international code (without 00).
Example, to call India you would dial 91xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Expiry
This account expires six (6) months after last usage. If accounts are terminated before this expiry, a refund will be granted after the deduction of an administration fee of US$5.00 (five dollars US.

How to make a call using your ATA device and Phone:
Enter the full international dialling code followed by the number and press the GREEN button.
Example, to call India dial 91 (0) xxxxxxx etc. - without a 00 or + in front of the number.
After you enter the destination number, you will be connected to your destination number.
To end a call completely press the RED button on your phone.
To find out your balance, dial 1000#
