you live in the UK or USA or EEC or elsewhere you can use a credit
card to pay for your account, provided the card gives us protection
against fraud. This means that the credit card must either be VBV
(Verified by Visa) or MSC (Master Secure Code). If we cannot verify
that you own the credit card we will not process the account and we
will not send out any account details.
